No complaints whatsoever, the venue met requirements, recommend it. Everything was really good, had a very good stay during holidays. The staff were very very helpful and pretty friendly and the location was amazing. What's more, it was adjacent to the center and restaurants and such, the ski slope to the Gondola and Bansko, beetwen 2-8 january.

Staying here was a blast! The spacious two-bedroom apartment fit my family perfectly. The fine mountain views from our balcony were lovely. The location near hiking and easy access to the gondola made our trip even better, though the inconsistent Wi-Fi was a bit of a headache.

The pool was great and there is onsite parking available. The staff was helpful and the rooms were perfect, brand-new, and had a great mountain view. The restaurant offers a good choice of options for breakfast. The location is excellent, only a 5-minute walk to the Gondola Lift.
